That's my favorite! Sometimes I add a can of chiles and/or cheese! Usually either sharp cheddar or Mexican or Taco blend....
I make mine with a can of corn, a can of cream style corn, sour cream, butter and jiffy corn muffin mix and bake it for 45 minutes. I'm looking for a change...how do you make yours?
Thanks!

Try using the Krusteaz brand honey cornbread mix instead - YUM
That sounds like what we have.
Hey--it's hard to improve on perfection, right?
This is a favorite at our house. (I chop the broccoli so small that you can't even really tell it is in there.)
Corn and Broccoli Casserole
1 can cream corn
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 10 to 14 oz package frozen broccoli florets, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped onion, or 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 can fried onion rings
Combine all ingredients. Pour into large greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min, uncovered.
Sprinkle with onion rings and bake an additonal 5 to 10 min.
(I'll be honest, it doesn't look very yummy when you are mixing it together, but it is good.)
Happy Thanksgiving.
Sounds like you make the same kind that my sister makes It's a favorite in our family - I think my adult nephews would riot if it wasn't served, but I'll be interested to see what other variations people suggest.
Add some diced canned chiles!
This is my fave.
Coat casserole with cooking spray. Whisk up 1/4 cup cornstarch, 4 eggs, and a cup of heavy cream. Then stir in 2 cans each of regular and creamed corn(4 cans total). Add 1/3 cup chopped chives, T sugar, tsp vanilla, nutmeg, salt (1/2tsp each) and a little cayenne. Pour it in the casserole, bake 40 min @ 350 or till set. Let it sit a bit before serving.
YUM!
