Cooking Help - Houston,TX

I love to cook and let me tell you that Paula Deen on the food network is good for learning little seasoning secrets. I also like the Barefoot Contessa. DVR their shows and watch them when you have a chance. William Sonoma at the malls has cooking classes also. If you happen to get invited to a Pampered Chef Cooking Show, go, the consultants has lots of neat ideas (not to mention tools). I use to sell Pampered Chef but had to stop because I need to take care of my parents, but I loved it because each kitchen tool came with instructions on how to use it and several recipes. Ok so I do not cook in my house I HATE IT. My hubby is the cooker here. Sometimes I do like to suprise him from time to time. I like buying HomeMade Gourmet the items are WONDERFUL. THey are kinda premade but really GOOD. Try Cambells.com as well. There are some cooking places around town that let you go in and cook the food or atleast prepare it then you freeze it bring it home and pop it in the oven.

foodnetwork.com (the best to me because all of the well-known celebrity professional chefs have their recipes on here and they are exactly what you said-between easy and not complicated. I have cooked many meals and desserts from here and they all came out fabulous
