If you were having sex, yes you could be pregnant. No birth control is 100% effective. Make an appointment with your doctor to have a blood test.
Could I be pregnant on the implanon? I haven't had my period since Nov. 19, 2011 and took one test on Dec. 28 and then another one Jan. 1st...they both were negative but the lines were real light, i'm so confused that I don't know what to do....Can anybody help me or give me any advice, i'm bout to drive myself crazy.

Call your OB. Get a blood test done to be sure.
The more you stress over this - the worse you will feel. So call your OB first thing tomorrow morning and set up a lab test. You don't need to be seen by the doctor. Just get a blood draw and test for pregnancy.
Yes, you could be pregnant, however I was also on Implanon for 2 1/2 years & never got a period. Did you not read &/or talk to your doctor about the possible side effects before getting this inserted into your body? It generally has the same side effects as the depo shot as far as your period goes, so while it is very, VERY slim chances that you are pregnant, it IS still an actual possibility.
a light line in the result window means you are pregnant
If you got a very very light line on the 28th and another very very light line on the 1st, then they could just be evaporation lines.
