Kim Holder is great to work with. I don't have her phone number with me right now, but her email address is ____@____.com her S. Rosson referred you. I don't get anything, just a way for her to know how you got her name.
I'm looking into buying a condo in the Dallas area and I'm looking for someone to get a pre-approval loan from and also may consider having my mortgage through them once I buy. Can anyone recommend someone good that they are using or that does pre-approval loans? Thanks in advance!!:)

Quicken loans.......i was a mortgage broker for many years & all my co-workers & myself use them for our own mortgages
I recommend Russell Dobbs, Colonial Mortgage, ###-###-#### (cell). Tell him C. referred you. He's just an all-around good Christian guy. Also, be forewarned there's no such thing as "pre-approved"; it's more like pre-qualified. Full approval doesn't happen until near the end of the process when all documents, income verification and appraisal have been submitted to the underwriter - only they "approve"; mortgage officers only "qualify". Ask Russell more about this. It's almost become industry standard thse days for prospective buyers to be pre-qualified.
I would check with whom you bank. I do not live in your area but we went through our bank and it was a pleasure working with them and were more helpful then just a loan company.
Our current mortgage is through State Farm Bank and we got a great rate. This is the second time I used State Farm and they have been good. I used Wells Fargo when I was in Virginia and they messed up the paperwork and gave us the wrong loan. It took forever to sort out and almost postponed our closing date.
