Human bodies are not perfectly symmetrical. One leg/foot/arm/hand/breast/testicle/ear/eye is often bigger than the other. Unless she's got a Hellboy thing going on, don't worry about it
I have a 7 month old little girl. Her right arm is bigger then left. Not much bigger but i can see it. Ive taken her to the pediatrician and she can not find anything wrong. It does not bother her but i am still concerned. Anyone else with this issue?
Thanks to everyone for responding and easing my mind. My daughter has a follow up appointment on May 5 just so the pediatrician can make sure she's still doing fine. That also eases my mind too.

Hi V..
The fact is...we're all a little crooked and lopsided. Every single one of us. One foot is a teeny bit bigger than the other, one hand is bigger and stronger. One arm (often the dominant one) is more muscular. One ear is lower than the other. We usually get so used to looking at ourselves that we don't notice it, but we'll see it in other people.
This is nothing to be concerned with. If she's active, growing and learning, eating and sleeping, social and verbal...she's fine.
if the pedi is not concerned but you are then seek a second opinion for peace of mind.
my right hand fingers are all 1 - 2 sizes bogger than the left and my left breast is 2 cup sizes bigger than the right one, (noticeable in anything i wear) so its normal
If the doctor doesn't see a problem then it's safe to assume there isn't a problem and just relax.
As it's already been said, no one is perfectly symmetrical. We're all a little lop sides.
