What school are you having issues with? And you would report any issues to the Texas Child Protective Services. The same organization that you would report neglect to if you saw that in a families home

Look on the http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/ web site. I also had to file a complaint but unfortunately they could not prove anything. The only good part about this is that the site will inform other parents that there was a complaint made. Hope this helps and good luck!!!

Depending on the county where the daycare is located, call the Dallas office 1-800-582-6036 or the Forth Worth one 1-800-582-8286. This is the Department of Family and protective services the issues all the licensing permits. When you call get ready to answer a lot of questions about the incident the you are reporting. Most likely another person assigned to the case will call you back few days later for another phone interview. They are pretty quick to investigate and they follow up with you by letter. I had to go through the same process to report an accident that involved my son`s daycare center back in January. Good luck.

The others already gave you the site information. Please ensure that you have documentation of the incident and people involved. The more specific about dates and detials the better for the complaint.

Good Luck and thanks for making the complaint as it helps other parents.

Contact the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Their website is www.dfps.state.tx.us. You should be able to find a contact phone # there. Hope this helps!
