I've wondered about that as well. Let me know how it went and what you bought. Thanks.
Hi ladies,
I'm considering purchasing the Colonix system and would like to hear any feedback from those who have used this product.
Any related info would be appreciated also.
Thanks,
F.

Great for all who are doing this! Yes, it is so true how many toxins are in our bodies. I am not in the medical practice, but have been in the health and wellness industry for several years. Vitamins, body cleanses, including liver and kidney ones can help the body function more efficiently, make you feel better and less sickness, and even lose weight. I am not familiar with this brand but am involved in a health and wellness company that has these products as well as other pure, natural and safe products. I could go on and on, but if anyone is interested in learning more about the colon cleanse and other related things, please feel free to email me. You are on the road to a healthier lifestyle and that's the first step of the process is to make that decision! Good for you all! It doesn't matter what your age is, you'd be surprised what our bodies hold! Healthy living to all!
Hi F.,
I am also interested in doing something like this. I really due need it. Can you please let me know were I can purchase it and how does it work thanks.
My husband did it and loved it. He bought his system at GNC.
I've done it and after the initial uncomfortable period, it was ok. It works WONDERS on your system - clears your skin, you feel better. You can even lose inches. I never lost weight, but I did go down about 2-3 dress sizes due to the elimination of waste and gas (TMI, I know). It's worth it.
Your colon is a self-cleaning organ and really doesn't need to be cleansed. The trouble with all of the so-called cleansing products is that they remove the good bacteria with the bad. This causes an imbalance, which can in turn create some short-term or long-term issues in your digestive tract.
The best thing to do is get regular exercise, make sure you monitor your sugar intake, eat whole grains whenever possible, drink enough water, and watch your alcohol/caffeine intake. Yogurt is also great for making sure your colon is in its best working order.
I've had digestive troubles in the past, so this is something I know a lot about based on countless visits with nutritionists, doctors, and reading up on holistic medicine. Colonic cleansing can do much more harm than good.
