I haven't heard of coconut oil before for that. But I take some great vitamins/minerals that are vegan certified. I have so much more energy from my vitamins. I feel it when i forget to take them. There is a multi-vit, multi-mineral, 2 calciums, superfood antioxidant, digestive enzym. All keeps me regular and full of energy. I sleep more restful also. Hope this helps.
