My kids went through a major Club Penguin kick when it first came out. They haven't played it in ages though. Its absolutely fine for him IMO-but then again I am a mom who lets my kids watch TV and play video games.
My almost 7 year old son asked me last night when he was going to bed if he could play on Club Penguin. He said he couldn't do it at school in after-school care because it needs an e-mail address. Can anyone tell me what it? Is it appropriate for him? Thanks! He currently plays on the PBS website and Pokemon website.
Thanks for responses. I'll look into it when I get home with him tonight. I let him play games on a DS (he loves Pokemon & Maio Kart). I just wanted to make sure it was safe. Thanks!

Yes it's fine for him. My daughter has been playing on it for 2-3 years and she's 10. It has a free edition, but you can pay to let them play unlimited. It's like $6 a month I think.
yeah, he can play it for free or he can upgrade his account for a fee and have extra stuff to do on it. I won't pay for it for my daughter but she did get some gifts cards for a month long paid subscription for her B-day.

I swear club penguin has been around since my oldest was on video games. It is totally okay they just need a parent email to sign them up then there are limits you can set my 8 year old has been on there since he was about 6. His friends and cousins are on there also
