Hey, A....from one last minute shopper to another, Happy Holidays! You didn't say how old your daughters are, but this is something my daughter (who is now 33) used to do for her classmates; we would go to the dollar store and buy those packages of party favors (like little yo-yo's, whistles, bubble bottles, etc.) and we would make up little gift bags. They also have the party favors at Wal-Mart in their greeting card aisle. We used those little party favor bags you can get, usually at the dollar store. I was in Target last night and they had these little gift bags in their wrapping department - there were 20 in the package for $1.99 and they looked like little miniature Santa bags. You would need to have curling ribbon to tie the tops closed, but I think they would be perfect to hold a little gift or two and some candy for each child. At any rate, that's my idea for younger ones. If they're older, I like the idea of the lotions, but you could also get those at Wal-Mart in their sample bins for about $.59 to $.99 each. You could get packages of lip balms for older girls and put one in each bag, along with a lotion and some candy. I hope some of these suggestions help you! Your girls would probably also enjoy putting together the gift bags, so you don't have to do it all by yourself. I hope you have the Merriest Christmas and a truly Blessed New Year! God Bless you and yours! S.
