My sister is taking her kids to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time tomorrow and invited my son and I. He is 14 months old. In your opinion, is that too young for Chuck E. Cheese? He is very active and runs all over the place, but I'm not sure, it's an age appropriate place for him. I'm worried he won't have anything to do and I'd rather not go, if he won't have fun! Thanks!!

What can I do next?

They have an area for toddlers, little rides and activities. He's able to run around in that area with mom near by and feel safe, all the lights and the tv screens will keep him very entertained. I took my kids at different ages as toddlers he'll have a great time, be very tired. I bet he'll have fun. Great thing is no one can walk out with him all hand stamps are checked and you have to match to leave.

My son was a year and a half when we first took him there, but there was a slide for the smaller kiddos which he really enjoyed. He also liked to dance by the bright movie screen lights. And he enjoyed watching the other kids play (the bumblebee game). And he liked/likes to sit on my lap and punch the button to knock over the ducks and to catch the apples. He likes to sit on the Jurrasic Park game since it vibrates and jostles. I get to shoot the dinosaurs.

It might be a little too out of his age-range, but chances are, he'll have a good time. You'll never know unless you go. Wont' cost you a thing to go, just to play. Give it a go. What else are you going to do? Dust and vacuum and stay at home alone -- boring!

He's gonna have a blast! The ability to run around and not get in trouble or worry about breaking something is going to be a dream come true for him! And don't forget the good long nap he will take afterwards:)

He will have a ball now you on the other hand different story lol. I cant stand it there it is complete crazy wall to wall kids. I always put my name and cell number on a piece of paper in their pocket when they were little and we went there...just in case. Its so crazy there you can really lose sight of them so make sure he wears something bright and you remember what he has on. He will have a ball lots and lots for him to do.

He will have fun. There is so much to do and look at, he will have a blast! Chuck E Cheese is like Vegas for kids. I started taking my daughter around 19 months old, she couldn't play too many games, but she ran around like crazy and had a great time. Take hand sanitizer, and go have fun :)
