Does anyone know of any Christmas craft selling events coming up here is Denton? I like to buy from other moms and have homemade gifts that are unique.

I know it isn't Denton, but, Coppell High School is having their annual Christmas craft fair from 10am to 4pm this Sunday. As a matter of fact, I found out about it at another craft fair. It seems once you go to one, you can find a 'crafter' who prints up postcards of all the craft shows they will be in within the next couple of months.

This one isn't in Denton, but it's very close.
It's the "Holiday Stop & Shop Extravaganza" at Crossroads Bible Church in Double Oak. The church is located on the corner of Hwy. 407 (aka Justin Rd) and Chinn Chapel. The event is Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9 - 4. There will be 50 vendors and a bake sale.

Yes yes yes! Atleast pretty close here in the area! There is the craft show in Krum this weekend! There is also one coming up in Sanger which is great! And the Sell-O-Rama in Gainesville, Tx AWESOME! I go to all of these every year and always get great teachers and sister gifts!!! The Sell-0-rama and krum events are both this weekend! Sell-o-rama is Friday and Saturday at the Civic Center and the krum show is November 29th on Main Street... Sanger is on December 13th See below...

Evidently a new event is coming to Texas Motor Speedway - similar to Canton 1st Monday Trade Days.

I only know of one right now and it's on Dec. 2nd at TWU. It will be in the Student Union from 10-4 pm and it's called Winter Wonderland. I'm an Avon vendor at this show, but if time permits, I may be bringing some small homemade ornaments. This is my 1st year to set up, but I'm sure there will be many ladies there with special/unique homemade gifts. It should be FREE to the public.

I know that Dans Silverleaf has craft and art show coming up the beginning of December. Also Crosstimbers Church in Argle is having a Holidaze Gift Market on the 8th of November. YOu can go to their website www.crosstimberschurch.org.
There is an event like this in Lewisville on Thursday Nov 13 at 7pm. It is at Lewisville Estates Community room on the third floor. I am helping organize so email me if you have any questions. We have a lady with homeade purses, tupperware, slah, jewelry, gourmet food, etc.
I don't know about actual craft fairs, but you can go to http://www.etsy.com and buy handmade items directly from the makers. You can do a search for location and see if there are people in north Texas from whom you'd like to buy.

As someone already mentioned, Etsy has a huge selection of original, handmade items and there are many Texas crafters on there. You can do a search by location, if that is an important criteria for you.
