Does anyone know or have a good handyman/lawn guy that can hang and take down exterior Christmas lights? I am trying to surprise my kids with lights on the house this year and can't afford to spend to much. I am in the Wylie area. I don't want to go with one of the mega-Christmas light companies because they are too expensive. I only want to spend a couple hundred dollars at the most. Thanks for all your help! We hired high school/college kids every year to do it! If you know some kids that age ask 'em if they want to make a few bucks to hang them! Ours look great and did not cost a ton of money.
I agree with Lucky, hire a teenager to do it. My friend's teenage son and his friend are hanging Christmas lights for a very small fee. Making themselves some Christmas money and helping people that can't do it themselves!

Check to see if there are any off duty fire fighters that do that. We have several in our area that will.
