Look into St. Vincent de Paul -- call some local Catholic churches to see if they have a St. V de P society. And -- good luck to you and your family.
Does anyone know where a family in need can get some help for christmas in Kennesaw,Ga?
I had what you may call a Christmas Angel or Santa's help with gifts for my children. They still believe in Santa and Christmas and as we put cookies out for Santa and a sprinkle of oats with red sprinkles out on the lawn by the steps for the reindeer with a stalk of celery by the door my children went off to bed....when they got up they looked to see if the cookies were gone and the milk was drank (which of course it was) to their surprise the stalk of celery was got but a bite with gifts under the tree as they investigated to see if it was so true. I'm glad to say I had some help with that and I am very thankful...my children have some warm clothes and a few toys each as I had hoped for my Christmas wish.As I had told a few folks asking I can pay my bills but there's no extra, in fact if I need to go to the doctor it cuts into our food budget so many times even things that are needed are passed by, I am sadly like many others in this situation. I am very thankful for the help I received.

I would definitely try either MUST Ministries or Papa's Pantry.
