My 3 yo already has so many toys that I am buying art & craft supplies. ex(stamping set, crayola kits, playdough kits) since these need to be replenished so often anyway.
Okay Mamas, I have another question for you. What do you recommend as gifts for a 3 yr old and a 21 month old? My oldest loves Dora the Explorer and all things hands-on like games and musical. The baby is all about baby dolls and is showing signs of music interest. Any advice?

Hi N., I make diaper cakes and little Christmas trees. I could make your 2 year old a real cute "Dora" one and the 21 month old one using baby dolls. I'm making my grand daughter a white tree using pink decorations and ballerina bears. They have tiny lights. Her mother is going to put her tree on her table next to the big tree. Please check out my web site

I recently had my daughter visit walmart.com online with me and create a Wish List. She had so much fun searching for things to add to her list. They have toys categorized by age and learning etc. Have fun!

Hey N.,
Tupperware has some great classic toys for little ones and has some great Dora Snack Sets too. I don't know about you, but I am so nervous about toy shopping with all the toy recalls going on! Tupperware has some safe, fun toys from a trusted company that does not cut corners! I love the Shape-O toy and the Kids Mini Party Set - I have an almost 3 year old and she is getting both of these for Christmas. I am a tupperware consultant - if you are interestd in any of these check out my website at www.my2.tupperware.com/laraiezzi. Happy Shopping!!
Well...I am not sure about the musical part but I do have an idea that might work for your hands-on daughter and your doll loving baby girl.
I run a traveling Stuff-N-Fluff business. I come to you to do parties for Birthdays, Daycares, Scout Troops, etc. but I also sell my animals as kits to go to give as gifts. If you have ever been to BAB in the mall it is somewhat like that. I have an assortment of plush animals to choose from. Your child gets to hand stuff the animal of their choice (following the instructions I send with the animal if you order directly from me) then make a wish on a rainbow star and dress and name their animal. They get a birth certificate and everything. Kids love this because they feel like they actually helped bring their animal to life, rather than watching a machine do it.
So that is my idea of a great unique gift for your girls,
something you can do together as a family.
I also have two girl dolls and one boy doll that can be stuffed as well as purses that you can stuff and a wide variety of animals to choose from.
I also do dress up parties and tea parties but my animal stuffing website is www.myhuggableparty.com.
You will also find information on my website about the testing we do on our products at a facility here in the US to test the level of lead.

The two suggestions I have are this: for the 21 month old I would buy a play kitchen since she loves dolls. My best friend just bought her daughter (just turned 2) a kitchen because she loves to "feed" her dolls. As for the oldest, you might check into the Smart Cycle by Fisher Price. Here is a link to their site: http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=30&e=whatsnew&.... Hope these help out.

i think you answered your own question..as the kids love dolls and musical toys..
try buy some dora explora stuff n some child age instruments for the kids..if you can tolerate the noise..lol
These SPy Bags are cute little toys for toddlers:
And I know I have seen little musical sets at toy stores, that come with little triangles, horns, tamborines... those would be so cute for the younger child.
My son also Loves music so I thought about getting him this. (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5716928) They can watch themselves on tv while singing and dancing. Hope that helps!
