I started seeing a chiro about 2.5 years ago for general back pain (no specific cause or injury) and it has helped a ton. I highly recommend it. The most important thing I can tell you is don't give up too quickly. You're not going to feel instant relief, but rather a gradual improvement. In the beginning, they will probably want to see you more often (as much as 2-3 times per week) but that will eventually lessen in frequency to maybe something like once a month. Obviously that isn't how it works for everyone, but that seems to be fairly common from what I have seen and heard. In any case, it is worth it because you will see improvement if you stick with it. The appointments are usually pretty fast (with the exception of the first one). I am usually in and out in 5 minutes!
