My brother is a single father looking for "structured" child care in the Waukesha area. 2 year old son.
WOW!!! Thanks for the response.
I would love to hear more from Tina B if she has a name and number since that would be between my brothers & my house. I live off Hwy 83.
but will check out all these recommendations.

THANKS SO MUCH!

Hi,

I have been a single mom and my son goes to an in-home daycare in Wales which blocks away from Hwy 18 and Hwy 83. I don't think that is too far away from where you are looking. If you are interested I could give you her name and number. Melissa has taken care of my son Blake since he was a baby and now even watches him after school for me.

I can also highly recommend the Child and Family Center of Excellence on Bluemound Rd (Northwest corner of Bluemound and Springdale.) My daughter is now a thriving 4th grader thanks to the wonderful program they had for preschoolers!

Hi D.,

I live off of G myself, and my son (now 4) started when he was 2 at Child and Family Center of Excellence in Waukesha. It's on Bluemound right next to Sam's Club. I generally take the Hwy J exit to Bluemound. What is nice about the programs there, is that the pre-kindergarten program is now being used by the Waukesha School District as 4 year old Kindergarten. The teachers are great and they have schedules and themes each week. I noticed a huge change in my son once he started there. My nephews both go there as well and I have not heard one parent say anything bad about it! Better yet, my son LOVES going!

Best of luck! Finding child care is always such a big decision!

My 2 1/2 yr old daughter goes to Bright Days in Waukesha. It is on Golf Road, just east of Hwy G which is close to where you are looking. My 6 yr old nephew went there for 4 years and we really like the teachers and the curriculum. I am pretty sure they currently have openings in the 2 yr old room. The phone number is ###-###-####.
