I, um, third the motion. If this hasn't happened before this week, go ahead and talk to your doctor. Even if you're asked to go to the office, go and get checked up. If it's nothing serious, you'll know it for sure. If there is a real problem, you can start getting it taken care of. While you're talking to the doctor, ask what to do when you work out. I do get abdominal muscle cramps once in a while when I exercise. Ouch!
