We live in Pearland and started using Spic n Span back in January. We have been happy so far, no problems, and their rates are very reasonable. I have also heard good things about White Glove, also in the Pearland area.

I would recommend you ask your neighbors/friends if they use someone they would recommend. If you go through an agency, you never know who will be coming to your home. I found that most people will be honest about referring someone (as long as it is not their relative). Also, you may say what area you are from and someone on the internet will refer someone to you.
