Hi, I am looking for any ideas where I can stay in Cape Cod, MA. I have 3 small children and I would like something on or across from the beach with a pool. Thanks for all the help and advice!

Just got back tonight from New Seabury in Mashpee, MA. I have gone every summer since i was a little girl and now i return with my son. We did not stay directly on the beach...you have to drive to the pool and beach club...but it is so worth it. They have the chairs and umbrellas and cabannas for you for the beach and a baby pool and kids pool and adult lap pool steps from the beach. Everything is clean and right there....the accomodations vary from renting large homes to small condos....i HIGHLY recommend it

We went last month and had a blast in Hyannis. They have a very cute main street with a carosel and arcade for the kids, shops, homemade ice cream, many cafes, a scenic railroad, Duckmobile, beaches. There are many hotels to choose from at different price points. Heritage something hotel is where we stayed, it was clean and decent, nothing amazing. We really didn't care since we were out the whole time. Enjoy, hope this helps.

Hi D.,

We went to the Cape when our daughter was about 1 1/2.

We stayed at Three Seasons Motor Lodge in Dennis Port. It was a wonderful place with a private beach and the pool was very nice as well. The motel is located down a side road so it is nice and quite.

If you go to tripadvisor.com you can look up and read the reviews that other travlers had to say about the stay there. The link is below. Copy and paste if that doesn't work just go to the trip advisor web page and type in Three Seasons in Cape Cod.

Three seasons also has a website: www.threeseasonsmotel.com

We loved this place. We had a ocean front room on the 2nd floor. I would request a room on the 1st floor if possible to avoid the stairs. The place is very well kept and the people that work there are very friendly as well. There is a little cafe on premises that we ate breakfast at. There also is a resturant on premises that they own but it is a high class place so we never ate there.

We just came back from the Cove at Yarmouth with our 10 month old. We had a blast. It's not directly on the beach, but it has both indoor and outdoor pools. The only problem is that they do not allow children under 3 in the big pool, only the baby one (kinda gross). But the location is nice and the price wasn't too bad. All the rooms have been renovated this past year and are very clean and family friendly. We had a one bedroom, 2 bath efficiency room, with patio, 2 flat screen TVs, dinner table, microwave and fridge. It was perfect, except the pool thing...
