Can You Recommend Apps for Menstrual Cycle Tracking and Walking?

What are your favorite, most user-friendly apps for keeping track of your period, and physical activity? Basically, my endocrinologist needs to see how regular my menstrual cycles are, and their duration, since I have PCOS that needs treatment, but this would help her pinpoint how serious my situation is (along with blood work and a pelvic ultrasound, which we're running). She also wants to monitor my level of physical activity since that is key for managing PCOS and staving off diabetes and coronary problems in the future. I need to be putting in about an hour of walking at 3 mph daily. Since I like walking outdoors rather than staring at a white wall or a mirror for an hour by using the condo gym's treadmill, I have no idea of my walking speed. I need an app that will tell me if I am going below 3 mph, maybe even beep or do something that says "speed it up" (ideally, if such technology exists), or at least tell me for how long I maintained that walking speed so I can then extend my walking time until I accomplish that goal of completing 1 hour @ 3mph. Anything you love and suggest (preferably a free app)? Thanks =)

So What Happened?

I ended up getting the "Period Tracker, My Calendar" app on the Google Play Store, which is cute (features a kitten!), and is easy to use. I was able to put in the "start" date and modify the "stop" date when I remembered a day later that I forgot to input my ending date. It now tells me which days I am most and least fertile (not that I really need it), which is an interesting feature to have. For the walking app, I got the "Pedometer" app and I can see as I am walking whether I am at 3.0 or above, or falling below that. It also tells me how many miles, steps, and calories I have burned with each walk, as soon as I press the "stop" button. Again, very easy to use. I have been taking screenshots every day and will show these to my endocrinologist so she can see I am following a daily regimen of exercise, as instructed. Thanks again!

A simple calendar. You can pick up a paper calendar at Dollar Tree. I would write SP on the first day of my period and EP on the last day of my period. You can also note which exercise you did and for how long.
No tech and simple.

I use and like period tracker. But like any period tracker it will get more accurate the more months you have to impute. It has been great for me but I started out with a years worth of data I had collected on paper before finding the app.
