Can You Freeze O.J. in the Cardboard Box Container?

Hello ladies! I put on special events for the teachers at my kids' school. This morning I put out a lovely breakfast and I think there will be leftover unopened O.J. containers. I like to be as frugal as possible with the allotted budget, it is not my money..it is the school's funds. I was wondering if I could put the boxes in my deep freezer for a few weeks 'til I do another event.

Thanks for any O.J. wisdom. I freeze my milk and it works great so I thought this might also.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank you cyber friends! I appreciate the info. I hate wasting money...and especially other people's money I have been given responsibility over. I will put them in my freezer and use them next time I put on a breakfast. I will put one in unopened and one in after dumping a little out.

Thanks again for your help!!

I have. No need to pour any out. It doesn't expand very much and the box just bows out.

I think that you can yes, but just be careful because it will expand. You can always put it in different containers and then freeze just to be safe.

I'd dump out a few ounces so it has room to expand, but I don't see why not.
