Dr.Lamarr Tyler, he has an office in Highland Park, Deerfield and Vernon Hills. The number is ###-###-####. Good luck!!
Hello... was hoping someone could recommend an OB/GYN that delivers at HPH. We live in Buffalo Grove and I work full time, so I would prefer someone who has evening or weekend availability if possible. I delivered my first at HP, and my second at Evanston, loved the experience at HP but unfortunately the OB who delivered my 1st is no longer doing OB. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thank you both very much! Would it be considered coincidental that both Dr. Lee and Dr. Tyler happen to be in the same practice as the doctor my GP recommended as well (Dr. Susan Kramer)? I have made my first appointment with them!

Hi R.,
I would have to agree with the other responses. I have also used Dr Tyler, Dr Buccelato & Dr Lee (he delivered my son). My personal favorite is Dr "B" & then Tyler. Dr Tyler did my laporascopic & hysteroscopic surgery. If you sign up on www.northshore.org, you can email the doctor & they will answer your questions. I have found that Dr B usually responds in a timely manner & Dr Tyler, he's not that timely. That's just been my experience. Good luck to you!
Dr. Edward Lee

he is an excellent dr. I have attended many births with him and he is kind and gentle
I agree with the first two responses. I've used both those doctors and highly recommend them. Dr. Lee delivered my second child and was great (relaxed, calm, and really just sweet) and he delivered my twin sister's baby two months later and she had the same experience.
Dr. Tyler was awesome when I had a scary moment in my pregnancy. I had a massive amount of bleeding (suddenly) at week 13. He took a lot of time to really explain what had happened, and was really calm and understanding about it. He even went to the nurses' station and got a book to show me pictures of what was causing the excessive bleeding. I went to the office expecting to hear that I miscarried and left feeling completely confident about the health of my baby. They also did impromptu ultrasounds for things like that, instead of making you drive to a different office.
I noticed in your update that you've already made an appointment--I really hope your experience will be as good as mine was! :)
I can highly recommend Dr. Michael Benson. He delivered my third child 13 years ago, and did such a great job at pre and post delivery, that I have continued with him ever since. I also had breast cancer a few years ago, and he was terrific through the whole ordeal. I'm fine now, and continue to see him for my regular appointments. I've recommended several friends, and have never had anyone say they didn't like him. Hope that's helpful!
Dr. Lamar Tyler...he's awesome! He's through North Shore Health System (formerly ENH Medical), has great "bedside" manner, makes you feel super comfortable, and is thorough. I had some negative experiences with another OB/GYN and was hesitant about finding another one. He's also got a brother that I've heard is just as nice.
Hi,
Go to www.northshore.org the the doctors that the all mention are more than excellent. If you want one closer to you check the website.

Dr. Lee is my OB/GYN and he is great. Very calm, understanding, and thorough. But Dr. Lee was out of town when my baby was born and Dr. Tyler delivered her. He was terrific! So you can't go wrong with either. I did not like Kramer at all, bad bedside manners I thought. Good luck!
