I am 11 days late on my period. My implanon expired 3 years ago. I have nausea, my clothes arent fitting, my breasts hurt off and on im eating more. I have taken 3 pregnancy test all negative. Mind you my periods are always on time.
Go to your doctor. No one here can tell if you are pregnant or not.

So you are having unprotected sex? When did you take the tests?
Sometimes it takes a while for some women for the hormone to be strong enough to show up. For me, it was on the first day I missed. If it's been 11 days and still negative, to me that would indicate you aren't. However - I would go and be checked (blood test) if I had concerns. That way you would know for certain.
I should add - I had no symptoms when I was tested positive. It wasn't until later that I first had symptoms. This was the case for most of my friends too (such as clothes not fitting or nausea).
My periods are never on time. I would go get your birth control renewed, they will check you out. Planned parenthood gives out low cost b/c and morning after pills if you are low on cash.
