Have you check Vacation Rentals By Owner? (www.vrbo.com) I don't know if they have timeshares listed, but you can found a house or condo to rent. We have used this service for a condo in Vail, Breckenridge, Myrtle Beach, Destin, and a Lake House locally. Never once have we had a problem.

We stay at the doubletree buena vista in disneyworld. They have 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchenette and shuttle service to disney. We also use FL tours to p/u from airport. They will do a 30inute stop at albertsons for grocery. Possibly this can be an option for you?
