Like another poster said, the "What to Expect" books are great for this sort of question.
If you're really worried, you should ask your pediatrician. If we were to compare 20 ten month old babies, I'm sure we would see a variety of eating habits (breast/bottle/solids 1, 2, 3/table foods, etc), physical development levels, and personal preferences. Your child is very unique and as long as he is following his typical 'growth curve' (does NOT matter what percentile, just that he is advancing at a rate along the curve), then there's not much reason to worry (however, I too tend to worry about 'baby things' because, hey, as a mother it is in our nature to do so!!).
