Building a Pool

We are in the process of selling our home and looking for a new house. We are very interested in purchasing a house that has a pool, but one of the houses we found (and really like) doesn't have a pool. So, I am looking for your experience with specific pool builders. The new house will probably be in Farmers Branch or Carrollton. Have anyone you recommend, anyone you don't recommend? Also, anything you wish your pool did or didn't have?

TIA!

What can I do next?

No advice on pool builders but as for something in the pool that we love is a bench seat all the way down one side. It's only maybe 18 inches deep (maybe 24 inches) but gives a great place for us to sit and still be in the pool with the boys.

If you are moving to Carrollton, your best bet is to get an above ground pool. The ground is bad and an in ground pool will most likely crack. My parents have an above ground pool that's about a foot in the ground with a deck around it and it looks really good. Just a suggestion! :-)

We didn't build a pool, but we have a pool. We used The Crack Doctor to replace our plaster a few years ago. Not sure if they do complete builds, but you could call them for a recommendation.
