I know that six flags is open over the holidays, not sure if they are open new year's eve or not, but that might be something fun for them to do
Hello ladies. I am looking for suggestions on what to do with my kids to bring in the new year. I have 3 kids, 8, 15, 19 so it's hard to keep them all involved in the same activity. I wanted to do something special since I won't get to have them for Christmas this year :( Any suggestions would be appreciated from an inexpensive trip to staying at home doing something fun. Thanks. Happy holidays to all...

make some great snacks and play games and watch the ball drop together on tv. Just have your own little party and have a relaxing good time together on New Years.
We always spend the evening playing the new games we got for Christmas. We stay up till midnight and pop some poppers in the back yard and toast with "champagne" (the sparkling grape juice). Then crash about 12:05 since we're not night people! :)
I'm taking my kids and one friend each the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine. Previous years we've hit the movie rental place or as a treat each bought a new movie ordered pizza and then sit around and watch movies and eat pizza. We also buy bubbly juice and toast at midnight.
The great Wold Lodge would be a great idea. The kids would have alot of fun!
We are going to stay the night at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine and do the indoor waterpark on New Year's Day. :)Good luck and have fun!
