K.K.
I tried the pills and they do not work. I ended up getting them done and I couldn't be happier. They were done when I was about 20, then I had my daughter at 24. They actually went right back to how they were before her, except they looked more natural. Now, silicone is legal and safe, and much more natural looking and feeling. I want to switch actually. The pain from the surgery isn't as bad as people say it is or make it out to be- you get pain pills and if you need them, you take them. It feels more like pressure on your chest than pain. You do need someone to help you out after the surgery initially to get in and out of bed the first night.
The doctor who told you you couldn't be a B- before you take his word for it, go see my doctor. Rafael Cabrera- he's in Boca. He's amazing, honest, and if you don't need it done, he won't try to sell it to you. The doctor you went to may think that a B cup would look too small for your wider chest wall, but he should take your wants and needs into consideration. I also want to caution you- no matter how big or small you go, you always wish afterwards that you went just a little bit bigger LOL.
