Have you tried either the cereal bars or granola bars? My son is in preschool and loves them, especially since he is not a morning person, and does not always wake up completely in time to eat a big breakfast. He calls them his "candybars", but it at least makes me feel better knowing that he is getting something good in his system before school.
If time is not the issue, try giving im food that he likes. It does not have to be "breakfast foods". My nephew hates "breakfast foods"
(cereal, pancakes, french toast, etc.) She asked his pediatrician, and his advice was give him foods he likes to eat, even if they are not traditionally for breakfast. Its better to get something in their system, than to have them go without or to have them only eat a few bites of something.
