What is your favorite break maker? I need one that has the Gluten Free setting.

What can I do next?

I assume you mean bread maker. I haven't found one - gave up after using three (mine, my mom's and a friend's - I didn't buy three) and went back to making it the old fashioned way (rarely of course :)).

i have yet to find a bread maker i like. i use my kitchenaide to make the dough, then hand make the rest of it.
bread makers make life so much easier, and your house can be filled with the divine scent of fresh bread more often and with less mess and hassle.
but the bread is just never as good.

If you're wanting Gluten Free isn't that dependent on what you put in the bread machine? I've never made gluten free bread so I am really asking for the information part of this.

I found this blog which might be helpful. The comments below it from experienced gluten-free readers who have used several different kinds of machines might be particularly valuable. Hope that helps.
