I'm wondering if anyone who has had the Brazilian Blowout hair treatment done can tell me if it is worth it. Also, how long I should expect it to last.

I have almost shoulder length hair that is frizzy and wavy.

Thanks!

There is this prodcut that was recently reviewed in InStyle and it is a keratin treatment delivered through a flat iron. The reviewers who had wavy/curly/frizzy hair LOVED it.
In Style with hillary swank on cover. I think they sell the product online and at Ulta??
Just thought I would offer this as an FYI for you!

I have tons of friends that have done this and the japanese one and the keratin? They say the Keratin is the best. There are ALWAYS a coupon on Groupon, Living Social and Adealio for like 150 bucks for this. The typical is $300. I am debating myself... waiting for another coupon and i might do it too!!!!

If you have never heard of those coupon sites here is a list i send my friends with all the great coupon sites out there:

Check these sites out DAILY (sometimes on the weekend they might be 2 days). Also some have Dallas and Forth Worth some just one. You can also buy for other areas like Miami, Chicago etc... Just look around! Also feel free to forward this to anyone!!!

My stylist does the Thermal Straightening and Keratin Complex Treatment. Thermal Straightening does not wear off. Only the new growth gets treated. Keratin last 3 to 6 months based on your hair type.

I have known Matt for over 10 years and he is amazing!

I am a mother of a 10 month old baby girl and I got the Brazilian Blowout because I need to get ready quickly nowadays. I have long hair - just past the middle of my back and it's naturally very curly/frizzy. I was happy with it because my hair typically takes about 45 minutes to do after washing and with the blowout it dried much quicker and I literally had to do just a few pass throughs with my flat iron to smooth it out - if I was in a real hurry I really didn't even need the flat iron. Due to my hair texture it only lasted about 4.5 months or so but I do feel it helped cut down prep time by almost 30 minutes which was worth it for me! Good luck!
