My kids are ready for a booster. One is 47 3/4 inches and 49 pounds. the other is 48 1/2 inches and 56 pounds.

What is the best and safest booster for them please? any recommendations are appreciated and if there are some that are not good please tell me too and why. We live in California. We currently have the Frontier Britax 5 point harness carseat.

Thanks
M.

are you looking at high back or low back? If you are looking at high back I would recommend sunshine kids monterey booster and if you are looking at the backless booster i would look into the clek boosters they are supposed to be the most comfortable and has a latch that keeps the seats in place, as does the sunshine kids.

If you have a Frontier and your kids are under age 6/7, keep them in it! Plus the Frontier turns into a great booster seat, so why are you needing to buy new boosters? If they are still under age 6 or 7, keep them in the harness of the Frontier... its an amazing seat you spent good money for, get the use out of it!

the Frontier will harness to 80lbs and fits most kids in the harness to around age 7/8, and then boosters to 120lbs.

Why do you need a booster? The frontier turns into a booster.
