Hi Moms,
What books can you recommend to try to help me discover my passion in life? I am doing some soul searching but need a guide to help me along/inspire me as I consider career options.
Thank you very much for your recommendations!

My husband and I both liked this book a lot, Pathfinder - http://www.amazon.com/Pathfinder-Choose-Lifetime-Satisfac...
"48 days to the work you love" by Dan Miller is a great book! It really takes you step by step and sort of gives you guidelines to figure out what your passions are in life. I really really recommend it (so does Dave Ramsey if you know who he is).
"The Path" by Laurie Beth Jones. Helps you create a mission statement based on your values.
"Strengthsfinder 2.0"

Just buy the book and use the code to take a 20-30 minute online assessment that will tell you what your natural talents are. The book and website can then be used to get suggestions as how to use this information. This is based on extensive research done by the Gallup corporation.
I've recommended this to many of my clients (I work as a Career Coach) and all of them have found it very useful in understanding themselves and making choices about their futures.
A lovely little book that comes to mind is Let Your Life Speak by Parker Palmer. Inspiring!

Hi B.
Search on line for Darren Hardy- success magazine.
He's a top philosophical success speaker- mentored under recently passed Jim Rohn.
He just gave a 2500$ class on line- free in memory of J. Rohn, and if you subscribe to his newsletter- you'll have a lot of info to get you started on finding your passion and goal setting.
Find something you LOVE to do. If it were later in the day- I'd attach the quote - yet my mind still sluggish.. ha
