Hi! I have only good things to say too. Definitely saline, under the muscle.

And as for breastfeeding, I could have nursed an army I had so much milk ;)

I work for a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Bogdan in Southlake. The website www.DrMichaelBogdan.com has detailed information, including a breast implant video, before/after photos, etc. for your review. Dr. Bogdan's credentials are remarkable, and his integrity, professionalism, and caring manner are just a few reasons why he receives countless referrals from other patients.

Dr. Bogdan will discuss the pros/cons of saline vs. silicone during the patient consultation. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference.

Whatever you decide, make sure that you are totally comfortable with the surgeon and get all of your questions answered! : )

I had saline implants put in under the muscle over 10 years ago (I'm 40 now) and it was done for ME and noone else. I have no regrets and am very happy I had it done. I was barely an A and now am a full C. I have been nursing my daughter for almost a year now and haven't had any problems. Knock on wood, no complications and things have been great! Go for it!

I have round, 400cc saline implants under the muscle. I have had them for 12 years and have had no issues. I was able to breastfeed my daughter and I love them. I do not have sagging after pregnancy.

My dr was the best and I highly recommend him:

Hello, I am a board certified plastic surgeon in Utah. Make sure your plastic surgeon is board certified in plastic surgery. Saline vs. silicone depends largely on your goals and body type.

Not to be too self promoting, I have a website that has a lot of honest, accurate information about breast augmentation if you are interested. http://www.yorkaytes.com.

I am really glad for the women who shared they have had no problems breastfeeding - I don't know your situation regarding this - but appx. 60% of women who have breast implants do NOT produce enough milk to exclusively breastfeed - I see it too often - and doctors don't always tell you this.

I would do LOTS of research before doing this, I have heard good, bad and downright ugly stories with implants...

Good luck!
