I would first look at your diet. Do you eat things that help you go easily like fruits, veggies, fiber? Are you straining to go or is it an easy process? Do you feel like there is pressure when you sit on the toilet? 8 weeks is still early and so it is hard to say, but I remember having digestive problems pretty early on in my pregnancies. I had to make sure I ate a lot of salads and fruit because I got constipated easily. If you are straining, you can have bleeding from your rectum called anal fissures. These are not visible like hemmhroids because they are inside the anus. Also, was there a lot of blood. You can still spot at 8 weeks. So, If you go #2 again today, try to find out where the blood is coming from. Use a tampon before you sit down. when finished, if blood is in the toilet, it is coming from your rectum and you should just change up your diet. If its on the tampon afterwards, asses how much and then yes, talk to your doctor about it for sure. Good luck and God bless.
