My family has been unfortunatley sick with the flu this week. Today was the first day everyone feels up to eating a bit. We had chicken noodle soup for lunch....any ideas what I can make for dinner that won't be to hard on the tummies?

What can I do next?

Chicken and rice are always good for tummies! I would make lightly seasoned chicken and rice.

I would agree with the chicken and rice. Maybe add steamed carrots and biscuits. Well, now that's what *I* want for dinner. LOL! Hope you guys feel better! =)

Ugh, I am in the middle of the ickies right now.. Chicken and rice sounds actually good.

I was thinking a simple baked potato and some chicken.

Not sure i could deal with any dairy.

We often do

1) Several Chicken Soup Meals
2) McDonalds Burgers n fries n sprite (Fast food is almost predigested ... And is high in fats and proteins bodies need when sick... Which makes it super healthy sick food, but not healthy the rest of the time. We're talking cheeseburgers and quarter pounders... Lettuce, veg, grains/seeds etc you do NOT want when your body is sick... Takes too much energy to digest, so it just runs straight through you)
3) Jelly Sammies on worthless white bread (tastes good up or down)
4) Scrambled eggs (soft on its way back up, but avoid of eggs give you gas) 2
5) über processed turkey Sammies on worthless white bread w mayo)
