In Wilmington there is a Sweet and Sassy Salon/Spa in ____@____.com try a paint your own pottery type place then make it special by going some place to eat and arranging for a cake there. Also got the the Wilmington Parent Magazine online and they may have some ideas. www.wilmingtonparent.com. It might be fun to head out of town if the parents allow it. Or maybe they may enjoy a day in Wilmington as well....Mayfaire Town Center is a lot of fun to shop at!

Is there a Kanki in the area? They are on the expensive side, but if you can afford it, they are a Japanese restaurant that cook the meal at your table putting on a show.

There is always a slumber party where you can devise "Get to know me games". That way, your daughter would get to know the girls better.

A Hawaiian party.. get the girls grass skirts, dress up the back yard in fake vine flowers, some lei's and just have a fun cookout?

I would call around to the bowling alley's and see what kind of b-day packages they have! Back home they have those and my kids loved a bowling party and they came in 3 different packages! You can also do a movie! Have cake and ice cream at home and then head to the movie or vice verse! Look online and you would be surprised what you could come up with!! What about taking a "small" group of girls for a pedi or medi, all girls love to be made up with their toes or nails painted lol...Good Luck Mommy!!

If you have a pool, why not do a summer's end pool party. When they are done swimming you can do mani & pedi with them. Invite all the girls and see who can make it....enjoy!
