Casa Bonita is a great option.
I'm running out of ideas here and I thought I would come to you ladies for some advice. My son just turned 7 and we are looking at having just a family party for him. This means 3 kids and 5 adults. I've looked into Amazing Jakes and things like that. I was wondering if anyone knows of anything fun to do in or around Denver. I'm in Aurora, but would be willing to go to Denver or surrounding areas. Thanks!
Thanks for all the ideas ladies! I was going to have a bowling party, but my son really wanted to go to Amazing Jakes. It was a little busy, but considering it's a Saturday I can't complain. Didn't enjoy the food much though. My son was ecstatic about going and loved the rock climbing. I will keep your suggestions for next years party! Thanks again!
Casa Bonita is a great option.
You could see a movie then go to Dave and Busters at Colo. and I-25. Let your son pick the movie (the adults will just have to suck it up and see Kung-fu Panda or whatever), then D&B is right next door. Or you could all go bowling...my kids love it! Or spend the day (or evening) at Elitch's. It probably doesn't matter what you do, you'll have fun anywhere!

We just did my daughters 8th birthday at Boondocks in westminister she had a blast there is something for everyone.
If you willing to go to Colorado Springs there are so many fun things to do and a fun family trip. The Cheyenne Mtn Zoo is wonderful. I enjoy it much more than the Denver Zoo. You can feed the giraffes and it is very quaint. There is also Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds.
Have fun.
