I vote pizza - it seems easier with more options and when you cut it and serve it you can actualy have it look like a slice of pizza

I honestly would do a "diamond" cake in blue with the Scooby S on it, but if you can not get too creative with it then go for the burger!

You can also make a PB&J cake if you do not have any allergen kids
Make a basic white cake (box will do) bake as directed per recepie in 9x9 pans - cool trim off the bottom, leave the sides (look like crust of bread) on one "slice" peanut butter and the other jelly (I like strawberry) and slice diagonally to look like a giant PB&J sammy! Kids LOVE this cake, no frosting, just yummy BP&J ;)

I think more of pizza eating when I think of the newer Scooby shows, but you can also incorporate the one you don't choose in some other food. Like pizza flavored Goldfish crackers and gummy cheeseburger candies. My kids brought home soda flavored candies from a party once. Not sure where the mom found them though.

Since it's Scooby themed, I'd have the bakery do a Scooby themed cake.

If you're definitely going to use a cheeseburger or pizza shaped cake, I'd choose the "food" in which he's most interested. My grandson and I walked thru the bakery at a grocery store and he saw the cheeseburger cake and was enthralled.

I vote pizza shaped cake as well, i know my 3 year old would LOVE i!!t

If I have to pick between the two, I'd say cheeseburger but I'd just get a Scooby cake if it was me. My son liked Scooby a lot when he was a little guy. I hope your son has a great time at his party!

For three year olds, I vote cupcakes, perhaps even mini-cupcakes. Much easier for little hands to eat, no forks or spoons required. You can probably find Scooby baking cups and/or little Scooby (sugar edible) images.
