Hi there. I need some ideas for a birthday brunch. Simple is best (i'm not a great cook), but I would like it to be fancy. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Trader Joe's has some neat appetizers. So does Costco.
Mini quiches
Goat cheese w/crackers
Lasagna cut into bite size bites served w/mini white plates (self serve)
Sliced canataloepe (thin slices fanned out)
Alouette garlic spread on nice crackers topped w/a basil leaf then a roasted red pepper from a jar.
Shrimp w/cocktail sauce
Slice baguette (a few loaves)
Sliced different cheeses served w/diff types of crakers
Mini cheesecake slices (pre-made, sliced at grocery store)
Breadsticks wrapped in proscuitto
Hummus served w/pita chips
Mimosas
Red wine
