Have you tried the patch? You just put it on once a week.
Are you done having kids?
HELP! I hate taking birth control. IT conflicts with my beliefs, but I am not ready to have any more kids. I am on the pill. I am interested in natural methods like becoming more aware, but my husband is not on board with the fact that that puts a limit on how often we can be intimate. I also looked into the implant in your arm, does any one have that or has had it in the past? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I hate taking birth control too. It messes me up. and I also have some moral issues with it. So, we use spermicide in an applicator and the pull out method. The spermicide is super easy. You put it in with an applicator like a tampon. So far it works!
Hi C.,
I had the implant in my arm several years ago and it was awful. I went from 127lbs-180lbs in six months or so. It looked terrible and left a very noticable mark once it was removed. I do not sugguest this at all. I recently had my IUD removed do to constant spotting, but I have had several friends who's had success with that method.
Oh and be careful w/ the spermicide...been there; done that too and it worked, until I had sex the following morning after it had worn off (8 hours) and now I'm a single mother.
Good Luck
