We like Huggies. They make size 4 and 5 for nighttime diapers. Definitely necessary for my son...wasn't so much for my daughter. He's been using them ever since he's been in size 4. We do still get occasional wetness, but he drinks a lot of milk, so we've had to watch the two hours before bedtime more closely. They also start to leak when children are ready for the next size up. I never tried the pullup kind for nighttime. Good luck.
I use Nightime pullups for my little girl. The best believe it or not is at BJ's wholesale, their cheap brand...works really well...if you dont go there, i forget which brand it is, but they have Princesses on it, either huggies or pampers, the nighttime princess ones work real good too.
I'm not sure how old your daughter is, but I used Huggies Overnights (I believe they are Huggies). I found those to work the best. When my daughter outgrew those I used the Huggies Goodnights for older kids. THEY ARE GREAT! I'm usually a Pampers mom but for some reason the Huggies work better for nighttime. Hope this helps. Good luck.
A friend of mine suggested diaper doublers when my daughter's diapers started leaking during the night. They look like maxi pads and sit right in the diaper. It seems silly but they absorb everything! I know that Stop & Shop has them and that they are very cheap. I actually found it easier than trying to have 2 types of diapers on hand all the time. Good luck!
I've always been partial to Pampers, but Huggies seems to be the only brand that makes actual Overnight diapers. I believe they start at size 4. Which is usually when you see the kids needing more in their diapers.
Hi Laura,
For most of our 6 kids, we used Pampers. I just couldn't stand the smell of Huggies. But then we discovered recently that the Target brand of diapers is comparable to Pampers and much cheaper. Also, different kids are so different. My 4-yr-old still wears the pull-up kind to bed and he goes through the Pampers Easy-ups, but not so much the Huggies brand. We've had to limit his nighttime drinks.
