I have been thinking about buying a juicer, and as with any kind of purchase like this, I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews after reviews, and some more reviews!!! Until I drive myself crazy, I can't decide, and give up the whole idea... :-(

Please, can you help me out and save some time on this one. Does anyone of you can recommend me by experience a juicer that you are happy with, that does a good job. What I have in mind is one that would really do a good job juicing vegetables, in particular, carrots, celery, beets, etc...

Thank you so much for your time!!!

What can I do next?

Vita Mix -- hands down. Look no further.

My problem with standard juicers is that you waist all the pulp and fiber thus vitamins and the essential parts that make the fruit well balanced.

We love our Breville Juicer and we did A LOT of research before deciding on it. Having juice in the morning for breakfast has been great and always holds me over until lunch. My boyfriend did a (mostly) juice diet and lost 30 pounds! It can still handle pretty much any vegetable we throw at it and has gotten a lot of use since we bought it. The only problem is they were sold out everywhere for a long time before we were finally able to find one to buy.

Vitamix, which is really a blender. It liquifies ANYTHING, including the fibery bits that other juicers spit out. It's the only way I can get whole veggies into my toddler! He especially likes my blueberry, strawberry, carrot, broccoli, and cabbage recipe - yum!!

I recommend that instead of getting a juicer you get something like the Ninja bullet or Vitamax or one of the brands similar to those. With these appliances the food is juiced with the fiber staying in the juice. This is much healthier.

When you juice foods without the pulp you are drinking a lot of calories which your body metabolizes quickly leaving you with a lot of sugar at once and then a low energy dump at the end. The fiber helps the food to stay in your digestive tract longer and evens out the energy you get from it.
