I'm curious what the best brand of prenatals are? I've heard Gerotal? FairHaven? Let me know what you're favorites are! Thanks.

(I'm looking to use it for concieving)

Flintstones. Couple times a day. Regular prenatals gave me migraines.

Fertility improvement can come from supplying your body with the hormone, pregnenolone. It will help to balance all of your hormones with many other added bonuses! Many, many women are showing up with ZERO progesterone, scary. Pregnenolone is the mother hormone, from which all of the other's are made from. We have been using a wonderful natural product that has awesome natural progesterone and oil enhancers that increase/balance absorbtion.

I used the Costco sized bottle of Naturemade Prenatal Vitamins. My OB-GYN, as well as several articles I read, told me all of them basically contain the same thing, so there was no reason in spending a ton of money on them unless your insurance covers the prescription ones. Look for brands without a bunch of dyes, fillers or additives. You're mainly taking the to get folic acid and iron, plus, if you are queasy or sick a lot in your first trimester, the gap between what you should be eating for nutrition and what you CAN stand to eat is often filled by the vitamins. Good luck!

My favorite is called Super Nutrition Pre and Post Natal. They are all natural with probiotics. You can get them from Whole Foods or other Natural Food Stores. Another good natural one is New Chapter Pre Natal.

Good Luck!

I recommend Herbalife and adding in omega 3's for fetal brain development and not depleting your own stores. One of the top Doctors is an OBGYN and senator of New Mexico.

If you want to be assured that the vitamins actually get into the blood, use Shaklee. Ob/Gyns often recommend Vitalizer and OmegaGuard. Go to the website and put those words in the search box: http://K..myshaklee.com .

I am a cancer survivor and did my homework - nothing out there has the science like Shaklee.
