Best 2 Lb Meatloaf Pan??

hi everyone
i have 1 lb ceramic meatloaf pans and would LOVE to find a ceramic 2 lb meatloaf pan.. i have found teflon ones, and tin ones... anyone have any suggestions of stores or websites?? thanks :)

So What Happened?

i usually by the 97% meat, turkey usually... but i never thought of it sitting in it.. i drain the excess usually.. but will def check out cooking.com and try forming the meat onto a cookiecooling rack/ sheet as well.. thanks so much mamas!

Personally, I don't like using meatloaf pans..... the meat just sits in the grease the entire time it is cooking (depends on how lean your ground beef is, I know). I prefer to shape the meat into the loaf, and cook it on a raised grid so the grease drains away.

That's just my personal opinion, and the way I cook meatloaf.

I hand form my meatloaf into shape on a cookie cooling rack place on a cookie sheet.

I use a corning wear dish. I also use meat with a low percentage of fat and the grease in the pan isn't a problem. I just drain what little there is when it comes out of the oven before letting it "rest". :)
