Once a week unless they get messy before the week is up. Recently she got a bunch of bug bites and picked them while in bed and left little blood drops everywhere. It drove me nuts. The sheets got changed more quickly and she got covered in band-aids and pjs with long sleeves and long pants LOL.

If your toddler has a bath before bed, I suggest you can change them less often. After all they are clean when they get in bed. As a new mother you have more important things to do.

For those ashamed to say how long, I'll say I change my sheets once a month. *'m with you. They just don't get dirty. I'm clean when I get in so why would I need to change them more often? And I wear night clothes that absorb the moisture.

Once very 2-3 weeks since we do not sleep naked anymore (camisole and underwear for me, boxers for hubbie) and the kids wear PJs. Pillow cases weekly. Before kids I always changed the sheets weekly for my husband and I, but then again I had all Saturday on my own to clean the 1 bathroom and do laundry and exercise and take a bath and watch a movie while my husband took his road bike for a 100 mile ride. Ahh, those were the days.......

Maybe around 1-2 times a week. They don't eat or drink in their rooms. So there bedsheets don't get dirty. I'm a clean freak so everything is put or done a certain way. I'll check their bed sheets and if they look dirty i'll wash them again more than i usually do.

At least every other week, but more often if she's been sweaty or sick.

It depends. One of my sons drools and sweats like crazy. I change his sheet maybe once a week, sometimes twice a week. My other child every 2-3 weeks. They get night time baths so they are fresh and clean going in.
