Bean Bag Chair Filler

My daughter is making a bean bag chair for her American Girl. We need bean bag filler and the cheapest I've seen is $15 a bag. We don't need that much so I hate to spend $15. I did a google search but shipping kills any savings.

Any suggestions?

What can I do next?

The first thought that struck me was packing peanuts. It is for a doll right?

I think you could easily substitute any old pillow filler in your home. Put the money towards a new pillow for yourself, and put the old pillow filler in the bean bag chair.

There is a very successful furniture bag store in Phoenix, that a lot of ASU students shop at and basically they sell huge bean bag chairs, love seats, couches, stuffed with a variety of memory foam pieces and bean bag foam beads and they are sooooo comfortable.

Walmart has a plastic filler that you can get for around $5 or that you get for the chair. It would be the size to fill the bag.

Do you have a Hobby Lobby near you? I bought a 1 pound bag for $5.00 last week.
