Has anyone turned an unfinished attic into a bathroom or closet!
Wondering roughly how much this could cost.

Thanks

Too many variables for anyone to give you any idea. Regardless of anything it will be a nightmare to keep cool in the summer. A bathroom would be more trouble than it is worth.

If adding a bathroom there, you'd need to consider the plumbing plans per the blueprints or home configurations, and where the existing plumbing and pipes are.
And you have to consider, if structurally, the sub-floor of that attic, can hold the weight of a bathroom (ie: bath-tub or shower, tiles, sinks, etc.) ie: the weight bearing of the upper attic sub-floor and frame etc.

Cheaper, to turn it into a closet.

I just finished cleaning out the unfinished side attic. I sooooooo wish it were finished. Had to be careful about the insulation. My back is sore....but it looks so much better in there. I wish I could convince DH to finish the attic. Oh well.
