I'd go to a doctor or a dietitian. Mostly the dietitian will know good diets and ones that specifically says yes and no to all.
Does anyone know where I can print a 1500 calorie diet? I have been looking on line, and am having a hard time finding a good one. I want one for a week, or even a month. Something that tells me specifically what to eat. Thanks in advance for your help!

I second spark people, but will add weight watchers as a suggestion. Please eat atleast 1200 calories daily. Anything less puts your body in starvation mode. It's not good for you!
I know of a great one. Lost ONLY FAT! no muscle, so I became a lean mean buring machine.... best of all, I was never hungry.
It's the time of year for the SELF Challenge. They'll have one you can follow at self.com
I too do this, I eat less than 1000 calories a day and have lost about 5 to 6 lbs a week. I kept if off for a year and now doing it again to lose about 20 more lbs. I only drink water, and eat salads fruit, yougurt, granola.....any think low calories that fits in the number limit. Good luck!!!
People that lose weight for short term goals are not normally able to keep off for long haul. Yes you can find stuff out there if you just want a calorie plan.
However, if you want LT success I recommend you invest in yourself & purchase a proven plan like Weight Watchers. WW has some good promos going on. It teaches you how to eat & feel satisfied. Yes, there are other plans too. Also check out the WW endorsed hungry girl site.
Good luck! You can eat & look great all year long!
Here's another vote for SparkPeople.com. It's free to register. The person who created the web site took his own money from selling a business and created spark people to help reach their goals. It's totally cool.
sparkpeople.com for sure!

I liked the flat belly diet. It's 1600 calories but I'm sure you could adjust the recipes. They have an $8 pocket guide that has meals for a month (plus a 4 day 1200 calorie a day jumpstart) and some extra recipes as well as guides for what to order at restaurants.
A great site to help you log your daily calories is calorie count.com. You can put in what you intend to eat that day and it will calculate and log it for you, for free. Good luck.
Livestrong has a website: http://www.livestrong.com/article/62653-calorie-meal-plan/ (They also have an app available.)
Shape Up America: http://www.shapeup.org/
Click on Visit the Cyberkitchen. Read directions & you'll be able to select # of calories, etc.
Good luck!
Well when I was nursing my 2nd baby I did a 1500 calorie diet for months and months. I was able to go from 142 pounds (what I weighed when I delivered) down to 107 pounds! So yeah it totally worked and is what I'm planning on doing again after my next baby (I'm 34 weeks pregnant now) I did combination of Slimfast, lean cuisines, Weight Watcher meals, light soups etc. along with fresh foods like fruit, nuts and eggs. I basically ate small meals every 2 hours. If this kinda diet sounds like something you would like to try then let me know and I will give you a couple examples of what I ate on a day to day basis. I just don't want to take the time to write it all out if this kind of food doesn't sound like what you want to eat. So just let me know :)
